Will try syncing just one calender, but FYI: if I modify my Outlook it does sync the data to my iPhone. But if I enter a calender in my iPhone, it doesn't sync to my outlook.
How should the sync work?

Prior seeing your answer I place a question for a optimal uninstall of iTune (see https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/27314354/How-to-successfully-uninstall-iTune-from-my-Windows-7.html for further assistance).
FYI my current version is 10.4.1.10
Also we just tried resetting sync and still don't work. Did notice that after resetting sync and before sync, we created a new calender in Outlook and new calender in iPhone, and only the iPhone was sync with Outlook calender (iPhone has both calendar entered). The Outlook didn't have the iPhone calender.

Just finished uninstalling iTunes. Referred to your link http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 which also recommended to uninstall related Apple apps:
If you see other iTunes entries in the list, remove them as well by repeating steps 4-6.
Remove any iPod Updater applications that are listed the same way you removed iTunes.
Remove all instances of QuickTime the same way you removed iTunes.
Remove all instances of Apple Software Update the same way you removed iTunes.
Remove all instances of Apple Mobile Device Support the same way you removed iTunes.
Remove all instances of Bonjour the same way you removed iTunes.
Remove all instances of Apple Application Support the same way you removed iTunes.
My question is, what about the folders with iTunes contents? Should I delete them prior installing a fresh copy of iTunes? (see below)
C:\ProgramData\Apple\
C:\ProgramData\Apple Computer\
C:\ProgramData\Apple Computer\iTunes
C:\Users\username\AppData\ Roaming\Ap ple Computer\iTunes

When you say "when it ask you do you want to restore from a back you do not.
then put an event and test again", you mean say "NO" when the restore asks "restore from back"?
I don't understand

We were re-reading the thread and found apache09 recommending to check sync settings since there is 1 way sync and 2 way sync.
Maybe that is the problem. Where do I change this setting?

Just noted something... we have installed the iOS 5 twice... however we noticed that iPhone does sync Phones and Notes, but still no Calenders.

We're processing the restore to default at this moment.

Our problem is that when entering a calender event in the iPhone, it doesn't sync to Outlook.
We have updated the iPhone to iOS 5 ans still doesn't work.
We have also, after the update, restored the iPhone to factory state and still no sync from iPhone >> Outlook (Outlook >> iPhone always worked).
Finally we found the problem; it's not sync.
We just found the our outlook has 3 Calender and the iPhone also and yes it was syncing, but since there is more that once Calender in outlook, the it was syncing to Calender_1.
So what can we do to have just one Calender in both iPhone and Outlook so we can see all our calenders entered in the iPhone.
