Hi,

Home PC crashes with blue screen stating registry error. What is the best way to get around this?  I have tried to boot to last known good Config and safe mode, but with no luck. I have also ran dianostics on hardware via DOS debugging and all is good

Have you tried putting in the Vista install CD and running the repair option from the prompt? You'll need to set your CD drive to the 1st bootable device in the startup config in your bios. Let us know.
