I'm setting up IIS for a FTP server. I have dynamic ip addressing DSL with a router. I'm using Server 2008 R2.

I need to have a domain name that points to my ftp server although I have dynamic ip address.

I've used dyndns.com before but I am hoping someone can provide some other good solutions.

freedns seems to only allow pointing a domain to a hard coded ip address. Don't think this is what I need. I need dynamic.

I tried freedns but could not find an updater for server 2008. Lots of broken links. I tried and like no-ip.com. Seems to be working good for me. Thanks!
