Hi,

I have a lync server setup. I used the Management Shell to import the polycom update files into lync. I see then now in the Device update and I approved them all. I have a CX600 phone connected to lync and nothing happens and no updates are ran when I reboot the phone. When I check the phone status regarding the update, it returns Last Update Status: (0x0/200). Any idea of what I could be doing wrong? Thanks!
