Understanding CIDR

If I am asked to provide one IP address in the range of 10.213.0.x/32 IP.  What is the range of my options?

So the only address from this could be:

10.213.0.0
No, it could be any IP from 10.213.0.1 to 10.213.0.254, but /32 means 255.255.255.255, so it only covers that single IP you choose.  A subnet with only 1 IP.
