Can I have an email automatically import into access?

Dear anyone,
I know very little to actually having no prior knowledge of access or how to do this.
But anyway,  I have a client who has an Access DB that can directly email a customer complaint form to a supervisor.  They want to be able to have the supervisors resonse to that email flow back into the Access DB complaint form, thus creating a "trail" of the customer complaint inside Access.  Is this possible?  And, if so, how?

You will have to first clearly explain how this system works...

But in a general sense, sure, ...in Access 2007 or higher you can use the "Email Data Collection" functionality:

Obviously you will have to have the proper links from Complaints to Responses in place...
