On what day of the month is Adsense counted?

I have $9 made so far this month. On what date will the total for September be counted, by when I must break $100?

Based on the numbers that you are saying it sounds like you will receive the check in October IF your payment details are setup correctly.
You will need to see that the PaymentIssued line shows up in your PaymentHistory tab to know that it will be coming.
Of course, those are "estimated earnings" and you would have to meet those estimates in Sept to meet the threshold if the threshold is $100 USD.

Your September 2011 earnings will be calculated on the first week of October. Please check back on October 7, 2011 for updated payment information.

Yes - if you've reached the threshold to be paid, your payment will be calculated by early Oct (Oct 7th), and then you will receive payment at the end of the month of October.

Is that payment? Can I do anything to decrement those values? by accident, or whatever?
Do I have to do anything for Google to send the check? Just make sure my address is correct?
