I need the process for giving a user complete access to another user's Exchange 2003 email account.
The operating system is Server 2003 for Small Business Server.
I believe that there is a way of doing this by granting the necessary security permissions using Active Directory users and computers.
What are these steps?
And then the last step will be adding the other mailbox(es) to the primary user's Outlook so that he will be able to access these additional mailboxes using Microsoft Outlook.
Please provide me with the necessary steps to give a particular user the security and other permissions necessary to have full control to another user’s Outlook mailbox.
