Having troubles with receive connectors on a new Exchange 2010 install

We have installed a seperate CAS server, 2 seperate Mailbox servers a seperate TMG & Edge.
I've been able to send mail but not receive. i can show the Reremote connectivity reports.
Can you advise on receive connector settings.
