How to Upgrade CIsco IOS with my present configuration

Hi All,

I have Cisco UC520 router  with CUE 4.2, it's 3 years Old, I want to Upgrade it, So i buy New Software with CUE
uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.124-11.XW10
CUE 8.2.0
CCA 3.1

Now I want to change CUE version also IOS with my Existing Configuration
Can anyone step by step  help me
Please look attached flash details I have below files in Flash
Now just want to Upgrade IOS & CUE,

I have Flash Card reader, but I can't Understand where to start,
I don't want to Configure it from the begining,
It should be work with my present configuration after change IOS & CUE

Ok After change IOS, Does I need to configure from begining or it will boot with my present configuration ?

it should keep your current but if I were you I would back up your current in case you need it.

I have Flash Card reader, can  delete present Image & copy & paste new paste Image, also there is lot's of files, Does need to keep it in Flash or can i delete it ?

I would not delete any other files, you should have files for your phone firmware, phone setings, etc...
