An internal error has occurred (error 50331676)

I'm using SBS 2008 and trying to get the RWW working. I can access my email and the internal web site but can not "Connect to Computer". When I try to connect I get:
An internal error has occurred (error 50331676). For more information, please contact your network administrator or Microsoft Product Support.
I've checked online and tried many different fixes but nothing works. I've done some more checking on my server and have come across what looks like is causing the problem, but again tried different fixes from online suggestions and nothing.
The error I get is from going to Server Manager -> Roles -> Terminal Services. The error is:
The user "domain\user", on client computer "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx", did not meet connection authorization policy requirements and was therefore not authorized to access the TS Gateway server. The following authentication method was attempted: "NTLM". The following error occurred: "23003".
