Cannot set breakpoint in vb2010 express

It just say will not be hit as attached.

Is it because the setting of the project as attached, but seems cannot change and save the setting to debug.

To enable most of the debugging functions, you need to activate debugging.

This is done in the project's Properties, in the Compile tab, Advance Compile Options button. Set the Generate debug info to pdb-only.
