Outlook: Public Folder Permissions

Hello,

when i change the perimissions on an public folder, then its not getting automatically applied to all subfolders.

is there a way so i can set a perimission on the top folder and the same perimissions is applied to all subfolders ??

which exchange version?

as i remember, there is an option on the folder tree.. something like "allow inheritance permissions... "
something like this. but to know your exver would help much.
