SQL error

I install spiceworks about 2 weeks ago and now Errorlog is 5.7GB. I did uninstall spiceworks but the errorlog is still growing.
How do I determine what the error is coming from and how to reduce the error log, I rebooted 6 times and the errorlog goes doen to 0.

why do you think its related t spiceworks?

Spiceworks was the last app to get installed
I am trying to determine whatthe problem is

Looks like the error is from Event Sentry
