you should be able to adjust the dataset in order to return the sum total.  add a 'totals' row, and then it just flows through to the chart

I want a grand total fot t_cnt and one for s_cnt

Right click your fields, select "Add Total". This will create a new footer row, and you can manipulate it to return the grand total.
