and when you add one on the tablet, you get it on outlook?
did you check "sync calandar" ?

check IIS log (for the given user) on your exchange server, you should see the http error code, it should help

Where do I fond these logs. I checked the Windows event viewer and tried googleing it but could locate it. its a 2008 SBS server.
