If I uninstall Office 2010 because of a problem and reinstall Office 2010, will that effect my outlook profile?

A customer is having an issue with Excel, I have already tried uninstalling Excel alone but still not working so I want to uninstall Office 2010 all together. will that delete the current Outlook profile?  Will I have to start all over with a new proflie?

You will have to recreate the profile.
