exchange 2010 retention policy

i have a 2010 exchange environment.  isn't there a place in exchange that shows where you can see how long exchange holds an email even after its deleted out of the deleted folders folder on outlook.
where is that setting?

Normally it's 14 days. The setting is in the Mailbox database properties.
