How get suggested contacts from Outlook 2010 to NK2 file in Outlook 2007

I downgraded a user from Office 2010 to 2007 at her request. She needs her memorized e-mail addresses to function. How can I get the Suggested Contacts in Outlook 2010 into an NK2 file for Outlook 2007 to use? I exported them to a CSV file but I don't know what the next step is. Everything I can find online is about going the other way, from 2007 to 2010, which I do know how to do. (The back end is Exchange 2007 and I am the Exchange admin.)

I believe you can have the use import the csv file.

1. Click File > Import and Export.

2. Choose the action "Import from another program or file" and click Next.

3. Choose the file type "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.

4. Browse to the file containing the addresses and click Next.

5. Choose the destination folder "Contacts" and click Next.

6. Click "Map Custom Fields" and follow the instructions to specify how fields in the saved file correspond to fields in Outlook contacts.

7. Click Finish.

That's not what the user wants to do. They don't want it in their Outlook contacts. They want it in their memorized Outlook e-mail addresses, which are stored in a file that is named after their Outlook Profile and ends in .NK2. I want to know how to get these e-mail addresses into the correct format for an NK2 file.

And yes, they would have access to the e-mail addresses if they were imported into contacts but there are thousands of addresses and they don't want thousands of contacts. These are e-mail addresses for customers that they e-mail and they want them in their memorized Outlook e-mail addresses for easy access.

I see ... sorry for the confusion there.  Have you discovered this link, which seems like it is what you are asking ...

You're right, that's what I need. Looks like I need the commercial version to import a CSV file, so I'm working on buying that (the purchasing site is not working properly at the moment). I had used this software some time ago but forgot about it.

Actually, I had to do the command to import the contacts file, not a csv, since I had created it by exporting the Suggested Contacts from Outlook. That appears to have worked to get the contacts into the NK2 file. The only problem I ran into is that now there are over 2,000 contacts in it which exceeds the Outlook limit, so I'm trying to figure out how to edit the registry to fix that (Nirsoft has info on it but their info is not totally correct).
