Need to migrate 2003 exchange to 2010 exchange.  No clue where to start.  Any "how to guides" out there?  Any help from ground up would start.

Old server:
2003 SBS 2003 exchange 32-bit

New server:
server 2008 R2 64-bit
exchange 2010
