Point-To-Point IP Video Conference

Hello Experts!

I'm trying to find software where I can connect two computers in our LAN to use video conferencing. Most have to go out to the internet and back in. I just want to have a simple way to just connect to the other computer via IP and show video. Can anyone suggest a software that can do this?
