backup email for outlook 2010
i have to turn over a users email for auditing that is business related.
he has a user created folder that is personal in the exchange environment.
how to i back up his whole account to a pst file but leave out the personal folder?

No - if you do as you have mentioned, export, open the exported file, delete what isn't needed, then export the lot to another file again, then turn that file over, there should be no trace of anything in the deleted folders.
Would they have anything in the Sent Items that is personal?

and then delete all the folders and empty deleted items folder and then back up the email again....
is there anywhere those deleted items would be hidden...
like some sortof archive file
i cant mess this up
