Block Users sending to a distribution groupon a certain Day in Exchange 2010 or 2003?

Is it possible to setup a rule to block users from sending to a distribution group on a certain day of th week?

if you need to block users from sending then you have add the users group in DL group that from whom you need to accept mails.

After further research, I did not find a way to automatically or built-in to the system to block messages on a "certain day of the week" without manually adding the accept rules on that day.
