I have the following scenario with Windows Server TS Licensing - How many licenses and which type of license of Excel do I need to buy?

I need to install Microsoft Excel 2007 or later for 20 TS users on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server. The server is configured with 20 TS Per User CALs.

I have installation media and a single user license (OEM) for Office 2007 Standard edition which I'm pretty sure I cannot use any further in this situation.

You need 20 Windows 2003 user CALs, 20 terminal Server 2003 CALs, and 20 volume licenses of Office 2007.  You can not even install an OEM copy of Office on a terminal server, it must be a volume license copy.

Thank you Kevin - And just for my info, we can only use the volume license skus, not retail in this case, correct?  And If so, I assume the volume licensing requires end user information and software assurance as with Microsoft volume OS's?  A little new to this, so thank you for your help!
