Email Routing on a Shedule

EE Gurus,

I am reaching out to your guys again to solve an issue.

Description:
I am using Exchange 2003 and I have two distribution emails support@domain.com which is sent to a list of users and helpdesk@domain.com that is linked to our ticket desk.

Change:
I want to be able to take support@domain.com and forward the email to the helpdesk during a schedule time (example M-F 8am to 5pm) anytime outside of this schedule I want the emails to be sent to the members of the support distribution.

Can you please provide detail instructions that would allow me to accomplish this?

By default there is no such option in exchange 2003. Now my first thought would be using rules but as far as I know there is no option to specify time frames and exchange 2003 does not have server side rules (aka an outlook client would b-need to be logged in and processing the rules 24*7).

Your best guess would be third party software, unfortunately I have no knowlegde of any tool that can do what you require...
