Email Routing on a Shedule

I am reaching out to your guys again to solve an issue.
I am using Exchange 2003 and I have two distribution emails firstname.lastname@example.org which is sent to a list of users and email@example.com that is linked to our ticket desk.
I want to be able to take firstname.lastname@example.org and forward the email to the helpdesk during a schedule time (example M-F 8am to 5pm) anytime outside of this schedule I want the emails to be sent to the members of the support distribution.
Can you please provide detail instructions that would allow me to accomplish this?
