Can someone tell me what happens when you make an user and on their mailbox is 1 e-mail adres available and the 2nd one for an example info@ is not.

Wheni retrieve the info@ POP3 mailbox with the POP3 connector wich is set to this specific user, what happens with the e-mail?

Why i ask is because i think i don\t receive that e-mail, but i have to.

IF you are using POP3 connector you don't need to setup a secondary email address for that user. There are a few ways to do this.

1. Setup a mailbox for User@. Use your POP connector to collect Info@ email and have them delivery to User@ account

2. Setup a second mailbox for Info@. Use POP connector to collect email to delivery to Info@ mailbox. In EXchange you can forward all Info@ emails to User@

3. Attach Info@ mailbox to User@ mailbox in Outlook.

I personally favour the first option.

Hope this helps;.

But if i got user@company.nl wich is a default e-mail adres made by the policy.
When the POP3 mailbox from info@company.nl is getting retrieved by the POP3 connector and i let it be delivered to the user@company.nl mailbox.

Do i need to make an alias info@company.nl on this mailbox or don't i have to?

Because i hadn't and i have doubts if all the mali was getting trough. In other words i think you need the alias on the mailbox or the retrieved e-mail will be discarded or something.

is this correct?

Because i have to close this question and don't receive any response anymore i will give you the points for at least giving me a response.

Still the question remains what happens as a described it before, but i will do it by trial and error.
