Hey All,

Problems with really uploading and replacing ASPX files. Thought I'd try renaming... but get critical file error... Cannot replace files with amendments.

But I can drop images and text files and renamed txt files to ASPX etc...

Tried to rename ASP as well.. same deal.. Using FileZilla. Tried Dreamweaver itself... same deal..

Please help

Thanks in Advance

sounds like a permission issue.  You may have the create and delete right but not modify?.

Thanks we thought the same thing, we tried to change the permissions through FileZilla but it says command not understood.

Trying to contact hosting company, I will let you know what they say.

If there are no other reasons that I can look into, when the hosting company lets me know some more I will advise what the file permissions are.

Thanks so much for your suggestion I will check on the post to see if anyone has suggested anything else.
