Citix application is automatically close down after some time

Hi

We have xenapp 6.0 enviorment . We have appliaction published in Enviorment but when we are trying to connect from through webinterface it is trying to launch but close automatically after five and six attempts it works sometime .users are also facing this issue

Any events in the event log on either the XenApp or web interface server?

we did no find any thing related to this in Event Viewer also one time we got the Messege "RDP services are too busy on the same day"

You haven't provided any information that would give a clue what happened. The Messege "RDP services are too busy on the same day" [sic] could not have been what was displayed to you -- it just doesn't make sense. You need to provide accurate and detailed information if you want a helpful response.

You say it's working fine now, what changed between the original post and the one where you say it's fixed? You say "but when we are trying to connect from through webinterface" you had the issue, does that mean it wasn't happening when using Citrix Receiver? What does "users are also facing this issue" mean, was this primarily happening only for administrators? Can you double check that there are no log warnings or errors during the timeframe where this occurred? What application was this for, and can you reproduce the issue in an RDP desktop session? Is the app streamed or hosted?
