I have a server running BES 5.0, this server used to send emails to the phones within seconds once the mail reaches the server.  Now the emails are taking over 5 minutes before they are delivered to the phones.  Any suggestions what to check?
I just restarted the bes services in the proper order.

How many users are on the BES? Usually slow bes delivery is SQL related, is SQL running on a separate server or SQL express on the same server?
