Outllok Presence is unknown?

I have a user on a large Exchange 2007 Organization that has a problem with her Outllook 2010 presence being unknown, I setup his profile on my desktop his mailbox account is still having the same issue, presence unknown no green square,. does anyone have a solution?

His OCS 2007 presence is OK , but Office 2010 is'nt.

Can you confirm that the default permission on the user's calendar is set to at least Free/Busy.
Can you also confirm the user's settings in OCS are for MS Outlook as PIM, including selections for updating presence based on Outlook calendar information.
If neither of the above yields results, try to start Outlook with /CLEANFREEBUSY switch.

The free busy looked OK, I found the SIP addess on the OCS server needed to be change to her new name. But know the OCSdoes not work. I am waitng to see if it is a sync issue.
