“Browse” button in Internet Explorer 8 takes a long time to respond

We use efax to FAX documents, one of our computer is taking a very long time (5 min) to show document after selecting the “Browse” button in Internet Explorer 8. This does not happen when using Mozzilla on same computer with same logon profile.
I have cleaned all temp files, cookie, browsing history, restored advances settings,Enabled Active scripting, uninstalled and reinstalled Internet Explorer 8. None of this has helped.
Any suggestions other then using Mozzilla?
