I have a PC in a small network that keep getting a poisoned cache result reported in nod32 v5, when I look at the network usages it pretty high.

Anyone knows a good free graphical app to see what apps and or process are using up the connections, it needs to run under windows 7.

You need more or other info than can be viewed using Task Manager -> Resource Monitor -> Network? This displays all processes with network activity.
