Page elements overlap in IE Compatibility Mode

On http://www.theauctioncompany.net/ on the right hand side under "Our Upcoming Auction Brochure" the three links are disappearing underneath the headline "Auction Yard Facility" when I open the page in IE in compatibility mode.

How can I get this resolved?
