Recovering Deleted Calendar in Public Folder

I have a Helpdesk user that deleted a shared Calendar in the Public Folders by accident.  When we navigate to the Public Folder in Outlook and Choose Recover Deleted Items, we see it in the list.  But when we choose it and click recover we get the error attached.  Outlook was unable to recover some or all items in this folder.

Is this the best way to recover it or is there a better way.

Is the account that your are using has owner access on where you are trying to recover.Also make the account a member of Public folder management

She had owner rights and was a member of Public Folder management.  We ended up recreating the Folder by I still wonder why. Thanks
