Dears ,
i have opensisp server and many customers registered also i read about mvno for GSm and mobile world now how it can benefit me in my opensips server mvno (( mobile virtual  network operators ))
how it can bill my opensips server and be useful for me ?

a Mobile Virtual Network Operator is a telephone service provider (Virgin, Metro PCS, PagePlus, Tracfone). You kind of described it as a software. Can you please elaborate on your question?

look iam searching about how to connect opensips server to GSM mobile networks i need my users be part of mobile network and i found this MVNO ???

Ok then you need a gateway, and also an interconnetion to a GSM carrier in your country. OpenSIPS doesn't handle media, so the gateway will provide media translation from voip to gsm.

How about using Asterisk as a gateway? It may coreside with OpenSIPS in the same box if needed:
