One-way audio on Trixbox 2.8 phone system when Cbeyond long distance codes are enabled.

I have a Trixbox 2.8 phone system running Asterisk 1.6 connected to a Cbeyond SIP trunk.  We are using Polycom Soundpoint IP 550 telephones.  I would like to be able to enable long distance password codes through Cbeyond so we can restrict long distance calls to certain phones.  However when I enable these long distance codes through Cbeyond's online control panel and dial a long distance number, I get one-way audio.  I am able to hear the called party, but they are not able to hear me.  I have updated the phone system (using yum update) to the latest version and have also tried changing the "reinvite" setting on the trunk to yes and no.  Cbeyond tells me it is a bug with the RTP stream being sent to Cbeyond's network once the long distance codes are entered.  The process up to the entering of the long distance codes goes normally, but after the phone call is passed to the called party the REINVITE data no longer makes it back to our Asterisk system.  What can I do to resolve this problem?

There is a new INVITE message with new SDP information that never reaches your Asterisk server? It reaches your border device and drops there? I mean how far along have you tracked this packet?

From what Cbeyond is telling me, there is a new INVITE message being sent that never reaches the Asterisk server.  They told me it is because there is a bug in Asterisk 1.6 that does not handle this information correctly.   I'm not an expert on this and I'm not sure how far Cbeyond has tracked the packet.  I will be speaking with them again today to see if I can get more information.
