This form validates in IE but not firefox. If you submit with empty fields IE will stop you. I can't figure out why firefox does not. Any ideas on how to fix?

If you open the Error Console in Firefox (Ctrl-Shift-J) you will see a bunch of javascript errors.

I found it - it was that the input tags at the top didn't have a type of text.
