How can I imbed an image on the Exchange 2010 OWA login screen

I would liek to know how I can insert a background image and logo, prety much brand the browser window for my comapny in Outlook 2010 OWA (web app) and what sizefile  I would use for the background and or Logo

I think all of the web pages behind OWA on the server in the following folder (unless you've opted for a custom installation)

C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\ClientAccess\Owa
