Is there a firewall or other security service running on those machines? Are you using WMI or NETAPI? If you query the workstation from the SonicWALL management UI does it read the logged in user when the problem is occurring? If bot please post the error here.

I am using SSO agent with Sonicwall NSA2400 firewall, my network is based on Windows and I found that two of my users who has SSO authentication issue. &nbsp;One of them is not able to access internet until I re-join the computer to the domain, another one is not working until I enter the local user name and password of NSA 2400.<br />

Those are the XP workstation, sometime; I found that I have the same problem even though I logged on with using Windows administrator.<br />

How can I find the solution?
