Hello there,

I have Citrix XenApp4.5 farm and published Citrix Full Desktop. When users are remote site with low bandwidth connectivity launch the Published desktop, they complain to Service Desk of slow Cirtix connectivity.
Because user open and access IE and Outlook in their local desktop and therefor rendering Ctirx connection slow.
I am writing a dcoument for users to understand how Citrix Works and don and don;t when in Citrix Full Dekstop session?
Please advise of any links or info URL or any existing reports already published that I can tap into.
I need to explain to Citrix users in Simple terms:
- How Citrix XenApp works?
- Advantages of ICA compression
- How citrix users low bandwidth per user connection.
- Dos and Don'ts for users when in Citrix Full Desktop session.

Please advise.

Thanks and Reagrds.
