hello there,<br />
I have installed the latest version of PHP v5.3.8 with apache 2.2 on centos v5.6<br />
when I open a php file with phpinfo it shows<br />
<br />
Configuration File (php.ini) Path &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;/etc<br />
Loaded Configuration File &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;/etc/php.ini <br />

when I make changes to the php.ini file<br />
<br />
Max Memory Limit <br />
Safemode<br />
Magic Quotes GPC<br />
<br />
it wont take effect, so I rename php.ini to php.test and restart httpd again and nothing.. <br />
it seems like no matter what changes I do to the php.ini file it wont detect.. what can I do?
