control access to a Snapshot directory for users

Hi
I would like to know if there is a option to control access for spacific users to snapshot (previous version tab)?

if there is an option'
that possible to give only the user who owned a spacific file to restore his file  from previous version tab?

No there isn't - but the normal NTFS security permissions apply
