XXAMP-PHP MyAdmin-Apache

Hi experts,

I have installed XXAMP 1.7.4 VC6, but i cant start Appache server. The message is "port 80 is used by other application". i have disabled II7. How i can find which application is using this port and how i can release this port.
Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

netstat -a -b
it will help you to find which application is using port 80

I run the command and i got the mess "cannot obtain the owner information"....

Ops, i just realized that IIS 7 is not stoped. i ran the command IISRESET -STOP/Y but is still working. Any help in how i can stop IIS on Windows 7 SP1 home premium?
