Are your windows services "browser" and "lanmanworkstation" started on your both maschines? I assume you can still ping your hosts. What about "telnet 192.168.105.10 139"?

If your destination is a windows box, it's lanmanserver instead of lanmanworkstation

IT, Stop Being Called Into Every Meeting

Highfive is so simple that setting up every meeting room takes just minutes and every employee will be able to start or join a call from any room with ease. Never be called into a meeting just to get it started again. This is how video conferencing should work!

Have a look at
sc query lanmanworkstation
services.msc

While using a network drive there won't be windows on it. But you can check if the cifs-port is open by typing the mentioned telnet-command on your windows/client box.

Don't know with this information. Maybe the eventlog tells you more.
Normally it should not be stopped at all, but if it does there are many possibilities, even one of them is a virus.
