RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-l

RewriteRule ^(.+)$ index.php?url=$1 [QSA,L]


this is an .htaccess file
that makes the urls of index.php
not contain 'index' or the query string


please explain how this works in terms of model view controller

dont give a url
