Is there a space in SolutionDir prperty (between C:\test and SourceSafe\....):

/property:SolutionDir=C:\test SourceSafe\Corporate\Production\Source\Corporate\

thsi is msbuild reference:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms164311.aspx

Ensure that you are refering BIN folder  and GAC contain all required DLLs.

Ensure that your project folder and bin folder (where your dll to be copied after the build) has Read/Write permission. If it is read-only change is accordingly.

Ensure your post build event (to copy the DLL) contains existing folder.
