I am looking for good book resources for learning basic to advanced c#.

Are there any recommended reads?

I would recommend Head First C# [1] and Head First OOAD [2]. The latter is in case you do not have any previous experience with object oriented programming.

Also, you might want to take a look at Mastering C# series by Skeet at Tekpub [1]. Though these are videos and not books.

One other best way to learn by watching video tutorials available in net, which I personally preferred
Best video’s given by MVP (Paid) - recommend
Pluralsight helps me a lot to learn full c#.net and WCF concepts.
