Router memory decreasing very slowly

I have one Cisco 7505 router with 256 MB memory. I have Internet connection from two different service providers (AT&T and Level3, both are Ethernet connections). I am accepting full routes from both providers. It has been observed that the  memory in the router is decreasing very slowly and finally to "low memory" stage. At this stage, both BGP sessions are resetting, this is happening at an interval of 3 days. I don't know the reason for this. Any advise in this regard would be highly helpful.

Ive seen this before when the bgp table gets too big it exhausts the available RAM...

try reducing your bgp table size .. something like :

ip prefix-list bogons seq 5 permit 0.0.0.0/0 le 24

will reduce your table size.. see here for more examples etc..
