Hi

I am using outlook 2003 and I am a MAPI clinet of Exchange server 2010 in my office, many of the users are facing a strange issue, suddenly they cann't send/ receive the mails, when we check the server name in there outlook , instead of the server name an unknown junk string appears in server name field, we have to reconfigure the profile of the users every time to rectify the issue. All users are MAPI clients. Is it a DNS issue or any other and what might be the solution. Please help
