Where is the filter Menu in Flash cs5.5

Hi all dumb question i have for the lst few days been trying to find the filter menu in flash cs5.5 i ti not in the normal spot under Properties

if someone can help that would be great

Located in:

 Flash Pro stores the filter presets you create in the Filters section of the Property inspector in the Filters > Presets menu.

You can apply filters only to text, button, and movie clip objects.

So convert your shape to a Movie Clip or Button then you would have the filter menu.

To stop it from looping create an action script and use the following:
stop();
